Virtual Consult: $250
This process includes a phone consult to determine each individuals goals for their project or space, followed by a proposed plan and either video or phone call walk through of the plan.
Floor plan must be provided by customer for review.
In-Person Site Walkthrough: $400
This process includes an in-person site visit with the customer for a walkthrough of the project space, followed by a detailed electrical plan.
Floor plans to be provided if available.
Price is for properties within Pictou County. For other areas, please contact for pricing.
Depending on the type or size of project, the plans may include suggestions for lighting design, available smart technology devices and/or recommended electrical upgrades.
Our co-owner, Hollie, is a 309A Red Seal Construction & Maintenance Electrician with over a 10 years of experience in residential and small commercial electrical projects, and over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. She also has her 100S Solar Photovoltaic Install Certificate for Electricians and can consult on sizing for solar systems and off-grid set-ups with battery storage.
